This matrix provides a side-by-side comparison of what Account Admins, Staff Members, and Clients see and can access within the InStage platform.

Notes

  • Modules: Only the modules purchased for the account are displayed.

  • Tables: Admins have full visibility, while Staff views are filtered to their assigned clients. Clients do not have access to tables.

  • Profile Options: All roles can update their personal information and language preferences by clicking on their name and email in the bottom left corner of the platform.

  • Support: All roles have access to Live Chat and Email support.
