Video Walkthrough For Students:

Goal:

The primary goal of this assignment is to provide students with a hands-on opportunity to develop and refine their communication and presentation skills using InStage. Through simulated interviews, sales meetings, presentations, and more, students will engage in a virtual meeting that they can look back on with detailed feedback on how they can improve.

What To Expect During The Simulation:

InStage simulations generally range between 7-15 minutes depending on your answer length. For each question you will be given an unlimited amount of time to answer, however, you must ensure that your answers are clear, concise, well-paced and relevant. Therefore, it is recommended that you aim for between 30 seconds to 2 minutes per answer.

Device Considerations:

  • A computer with a webcam and microphone enabled (InStage will not operate on a mobile device)

  • Stable Internet Connection

  • Web Browsers: Google Chrome or Safari

What To Submit:

You are required to submit your simulation report link to your instructor. This can be found at the top right of your report by clicking on "Share" and "Copy".
