Additional Considerations:

1. WebGL Support:

  • Required: Ensure the browser supports WebGL. Users can check their browser’s WebGL compatibility here.

2. Network Requirements:

  • Minimum: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed

  • Recommended: High-speed internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download speed for seamless performance

Browser Extensions:

  • Disable unnecessary browser extensions that might interfere with WebGL performance.

3. Device Compatibility:

  • Desktops/Laptops: Ensure the above hardware and software requirements are met.

  • Mobile Devices/Tablets: Mobile devices are not our recommended option as the UI was not designed for mobile use. However, if your computer does not meet the requirements, most modern devices running iOS or Android with good performance specifications should work. Ensure the browser on the mobile device supports WebGL.

4. Screen Resolution:

  • Minimum: 1280 x 720

  • Recommended: 1920 x 1080 or higher for better visual quality

5. Audio:

  • Ensure the device has functional speakers or headphones so that you can hear the avatar.

  • Ensure you have a working microphone connected to your device for the speech synthesis features to work effectively.

  • To check if your devices are properly set up, check out this help doc.

6. Graphics/Hardware Acceleration:

  • Enable graphics acceleration from your browser settings if the simulation is lagging. Check out this help doc for more information.
