How Students Can Delete or Restart a Session

This guide is for students looking to delete their assignment information or self-serve sessions.

Whether you submitted an assignment or tried the self-serve sessions, the option to delete your activity and or restart is available.


From an Assignment: Delete a Session

Step 1: Locate

  • Go to the Assignment Summary page for the session you want to remove.

  • In the top right corner, click Delete Session.

Step 2: Action

  • A pop‑up message will appear: “Are you sure? This action cannot be undone. This will permanently delete the session and all associated data.”

  • ⚠️ Note: Deleting a session will permanently remove it from your record.

Step 3: Confirmation

  • Choose one of the options:

    • Cancel → closes the prompt without deleting.

    • Yes, delete → permanently removes the session.

Step 4: Finalize

  • If you select Yes, delete, the session and all related data will be permanently removed.

  • If you select Cancel, nothing will be deleted and you’ll return to the assignment page.


From an Assignment: Unsubmit and Restart

Step 1: Locate

  • Scroll to the bottom left corner of the assignment page.

  • Click Unsubmit.

Step 2: Action

  • Once you click Unsubmit, the system automatically changes the session status to Restart Call.

Step 3: Confirmation

  • The assignment reopens for editing.

Step 4: Finalize

  • Restart the assignment, make any changes, and click Submit again to finalize your restarted session.


Self‑Serve Sessions: Delete a Session

Step 1: Locate

  • From the homepage, scroll to the Your Self‑Serve Sessions section.

  • Find the session you want to delete (e.g., Resume Assist, Mock Interview, Reflection).

Step 2: Action

  • On the right side of the session entry, click the trash can icon.

Step 3: Confirmation

  • A pop‑up message will appear: “Delete saved session? This will permanently delete [session name] and all its data.”

  • Choose one of the options:

    • Cancel → closes the pop‑up without deleting.

    • Delete → permanently removes the session.

Step 4: Finalize

  • If you select Delete, the session and all associated data will be permanently removed.

  • If you select Cancel, the session remains saved and accessible.
