As a student, running a reflection session will allow you to reflect on course experiences such as co-ops, larger course aspects, etc. In a more impactful and concise way.

Generally, reflections are broken down into parts. There is the pre-reflection, and then at least one mid-reflection, and then the final reflection. Each of these are different simulations that you will need to run to complete the over all reflection process. These will be made available to you at different times throughout your course.

Steps:

Step 1. Log in. If you already have an InStage account, you can log in with the email you use to access the main InStage site. If you do not have an account, by clicking on the link provided to you by your instructor or through your email, you will be able to sign up.

Step 2. Complete Tutorial. If this is your first time accessing the reflection tool, you will be able to run a quick tutorial to walk you through the reflection process. Here, you will need to enable your microphone so that you can chat with the AI facilitator.

Step 3. Start Reflection Session. The dashboard is the main homepage and will show you all of your available (ready to complete) sessions, as well as upcoming and already completed reflection sessions.

If there are any sessions under the "Available Reflections" you can click on start and complete your reflection.

Step 4. Submit. Once you complete your reflection session, it will give you a break down of how it went as well as show your transcript and ask you to submit. When you have reviewed each section, you can click submit so that your instructor can see your session.
