Steps:
Step 1: Pick a Simulation Type
Step 2. Create Assignment Instructions: Click on the clipboard button to create assignment instructions.
Step 3. Fill Out Assignment Instructions: These instructions will be shown to your students before and after they complete the simulation to ensure they have all of the information that you provide for them.
Step 4. Fill In Sales Meeting Topic & Details (Optional): If you want your students to choose their own product/service to sell, you can skip this step and let them fill it in. If you would like them to run a simulation on a specific product/ service that you create, enter in the details here.
Step 5. Select An Buyer: (Optional): Again, If you want your students to make their own simulations, you can skip this step. However, if you are making a simulation that will be predefined for students, you can select one of the buyers and even choose a personality type.
Step 6. (Option 1): If you are allowing students to fill in their own sim details, you can move on to step 8.
Step 6. (Option 2): If you are creating a simulation where the information is predefined for the students, you can click on generate.
Step 7. Generate Questions: You can either randomly generate the questions during the meeting by leaving them blank, or you can predefine them for students here. You can add questions, remove questions, and even change the order that they get asked.
Step 8. Share Assignment Link: You can now click on the "share" button at the top right and then copy the simulation link. Whichever page you are on when you click share and copy is the page your students will be sent to. For example, if you are letting students enter in their own meeting details, it will bring them to the page where they can enter in that information. If you chose the option to create predefined topics for the students, it will take them to the page where they can click start sim right away.
Step 9. Send Links To Students: You can send your students these links and create as many simulations as you need to suit each course or field of study.
