How Higher Ed Admins Can View and Filter Activity Log

Higher Ed Admins can track client sessions, attendance, and outcomes, and export reports for analysis.

1. Accessing the Activity Log

  1. From the left sidebar, select View Activities.

  2. The Activity Log will open, showing all sessions in the Sessions Table.

2. Using the Sessions Table in the Activity Log

  1. Columns include:

    • Date – when the session occurred

    • Client – name and email of participant

    • Current Group – group assignment (if any)

    • Task – module or activity completed

  2. Use the filters at the top to refine results:

    • Search by client name or email

    • Search by task name

    • Date range (From / To)

    • Type (All Types or specific)

    • Module (Job Search, Reflection, Mock Interview, etc.)

    • Minimum duration

    • Current Group

    • Current Instructor

3. Tracking Staff and Client Sessions

  1. Review attendance by checking the Date and Client columns.

  2. Review outcomes by checking the Task column (e.g., Resume Assist, Mock Interview).

  3. Click on a session entry to view detailed activity, including transcripts or reports (if enabled).

4. Exporting or Reporting Options

  1. Click Export CSV to download session data.

  2. Exported files can be opened in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.

  3. Use exported data to track participation, outcomes, and instructor engagement.

5. Admin Tip

Filtering by date range is the fastest way to prepare monthly or quarterly reports. Exported CSV files provide a reliable record of instructor and student activity and can be shared with team leads.
