Step 1: Start from Home
Log in to your InStage account (InStage Login).
From the Home page, select View Assignments.
Alternatively, use the left-hand sidebar to access View Assignment directly.

Step 2: View Existing Assignments
On the Assignments screen, view the list of assignments you manage as an Admin.
Use the Search Assignment fields to locate the assignment you want.
Click the assignment name to open details.

Step 3: Assignments Overview
On the Assignments screen, you’ll see a table that provides key details for each assignment, including:
Assignment name
Type (e.g., Resume, Interview, Reflection)
Created By (the admin email who set it up)
Start Date and End Date
Enrolled Users (number of participants)
Submission Count (how many have submitted)
Participation Rate (percentage of enrolled users who submitted)
Status (e.g., Ongoing, Completed)
This overview helps you quickly scan assignment progress and identify which ones are completed or still active before drilling into details.
In the top right corner, click on View Options to toggle columns on and off in the table.

Step 4: Review Aggregate Summary Assignment Report
The Aggregate Summary consolidates cohort‑level outcomes and individual student data. Use it to evaluate completion rates, flagged comments, and competency progress before reviewing personal reports.
A. Review Call Results:
At the top, check completion status for each scheduled call (Base, Progress 1-3, Wrap-Up).
The header displays the assignment name and options to Edit Assignment or Download Report (CSV format).
B. Check Overall Metrics
Session Completion Rate: percentage of students who completed the assignment.
Enrolled Students: total number of participants.
C. Examine Flagged Comments
Review flagged student comments, organized by priority.
Each entry includes the student’s name and their concern.
D. Explore Competency Progress
Each competency (e.g., Communication, Collaboration) is scored out of 10.
Summaries describe common strengths, challenges, and themes across the cohort.
Use Show Sources to view supporting student responses.
E. Review Student Expectations, Outlook, Goals and Purpose
These sections summarize cohort‑wide insights into what students anticipate, how they feel, and what they aim to achieve.
Outlook percentages (Positive, Negative, Mixed) provide a snapshot of sentiment.
F. View Assigned Students Table
Scroll down to see the Assigned Students table.
Each row includes:
Student name and email
Link to their personal report
Grade, status, due date, and submission timestamp
Use filters (date range, status, view options) to refine the list.
